Sitemap
A file listing a site's pages for search engines.
An XML list of URLs, optionally with the date each last changed. It does not guarantee indexing; it makes discovery reliable, which matters most for pages that are not linked prominently.
A lastmod that is accurate is a useful hint. One that says "today" on every page every day is ignored.
Where Naven stands
Naven's sitemap is generated with the rest of its pages, so it cannot drift from what exists.
