Your account
Delete your account
From inside Naven, or from here with a code to your email address if you cannot sign in. What is deleted, and when.

From inside Naven
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
A parent or guardian can delete a child’s account from the parent controls, under “Delete the account”.
Without signing in
Enter the email address you use with Naven. Naven emails it a code; entering the code confirms the deletion.
This page says the same thing whether or not an address has an account.
What is deleted, and what is not
- Deleted: your sign-in, profile, photo and username; the messages, photos and voice notes you
sent, from every conversation; your Naven AI history; your channel posts, settings, devices and every other
record that names your account.
- Straight away: sign-in and Naven’s own records. Within the hour: messages
and uploads, which are removed in the background.
- Not deleted: messages other people sent you, which belong to them; and a record that an
account was deleted and when, with the account replaced by an unreadable code.
