Every engagement starts with a pilot: a small group, a written scope, and clear success criteria. You see Naven working with your people before anybody else is asked to move. Security questionnaires are answered truthfully — including where the answer today is “not yet”.

What Naven can and cannot say
Naven is a small, independent product. Nothing on this page is a promise, a warranty or a guarantee. What a custom version includes, what it costs and when it is ready are agreed in writing, organization by organization, and nothing is included until that agreement is signed. Naven holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification today. The public Naven app screens messages, so it is not end-to-end encrypted; a custom version can be, and the trade-off is explained before you choose. Screening is automated and makes mistakes. The Terms apply to everything else.
Questions organizations ask
Does Naven support single sign-on (SSO)?
SSO with SAML or OpenID Connect, and account provisioning, can be built into a custom version for your organization. The public Naven app signs people in with a code sent to their email, or with Google.
Can Naven be end-to-end encrypted for our company?
A custom version can include end-to-end encryption for the conversations you choose. In those conversations Naven’s server-side screening cannot read messages, which is the trade-off; it is explained before you decide.
Does Naven have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No, not today, and Naven does not claim either. It will answer your security questionnaire truthfully and can discuss what your organization needs.
Is there an uptime SLA?
Not for the public app. An agreement for a custom version can include service levels; nothing is promised until it is written into that agreement.
How is a large deployment priced?
