Ask anything about using Naven

No question is too small. A few that come up often:

How do I message somebody? Tap New chat and type their email address or @username. Naven never needs a phone number, and nobody can find you by name unless you choose a username.

Why was my message blocked? Naven screens messages before they are sent. The box that appears says which rule it was, and only serious refusals count toward a suspension. How screening works: navenapp.com/safety.

I am under 18 — why does a parent have to agree? Somebody under 18 cannot fully agree to terms on their own. A parent can say yes on your device in about two minutes, or from an email.

Does it work on a school Chromebook or an iPad? Yes — it runs in the browser, with nothing to install. Add it to your Home Screen to get notifications on an iPhone or iPad.
