How to invite someone

There are two ways in, and which is better depends on whether you already have their email address.

Step by step

If you have their email, just start the conversation

New conversation, then their address. If they are not on Naven yet, they get an invitation rather than nothing — and the conversation is waiting when they arrive.
If you do not, send them your personal link

Your link is navenapp.com/add/ followed by your username. Anybody who opens it lands on a conversation with you already filled in.
They sign in with an email address

No app, no phone number, no new password. Naven emails a six-digit code to whatever address they use.
The conversation is already there

Whichever route they took, they arrive to a conversation with you rather than an empty app and a search box.

Your personal link is safe to post publicly — it starts a conversation, it does not grant anything.
Naven has no member directory, so an invitation is the only way somebody reaches you. Nobody can search their way to your account by name.

Yes. Start a conversation with their email address and they are invited to it. The conversation exists and waits for them.

No. The link opens Naven in whatever browser they tapped it in, on a phone or a computer.

They see the name on your account and can reply to you. Starting a conversation is how Naven says two people know each other.
