Invite link
A URL that grants entry to a space.
Convenient and dangerous in the same property: possession is permission. Good implementations let a link expire, be limited to a number of uses, or be revoked after the fact — otherwise a link posted once is a permanent open door.
Treat one like a key rather than an address.
Where Naven stands
A Naven private channel link carries an invite secret and is how membership is granted. It can be regenerated, which invalidates the old one.
