What happens if Naven refuses to send my message?
You are told which category it was refused under, in words, at the time. If the refusal was wrong, a second check reviews it within the hour and withdraws it without you having to appeal.
A refusal counts toward a suspension, which is why a wrong one is treated as a fault rather than an acceptable cost. Most platforms treat false positives as noise; here they are reviewed automatically because the consequence is not trivial.
The review is run by a separate model reading the block against the published policy. Blocks that do not hold up are withdrawn, and the member does not have to notice or complain.
One message is one warning, however many categories it touched — counting a single sentence three times is how an ordinary message became a suspension.
