Why am I not getting browser notifications?
Three usual causes: the browser permission was declined, the site was never added to the Home Screen on an iPhone, or the operating system's own focus setting is suppressing them.
Browsers allow a site to ask for notification permission once. If it was declined, the site cannot ask again — you change it yourself in the browser's site settings, usually behind the padlock in the address bar.
On an iPhone or iPad, Safari only delivers web notifications to a site that has been added to the Home Screen. Until that is done the permission cannot even be granted.
And permission is per browser and per device: granting it on a laptop does nothing for a phone.
