Harassment
Repeated or targeted behaviour intended to distress somebody.
Distinct from a single rude message and from an argument, both of which are ordinary. The distinguishing features are repetition, targeting, and the absence of any purpose but the effect.
It is difficult to screen because the individual messages are often unremarkable; the pattern is the offence.
Where Naven stands
Harassment and bullying are among Naven's screened categories. Disagreements and insults are not screened — they are delivered, because a platform that blocks argument is not safer, only quieter.
