Blocking
Stopping somebody from reaching you.
The most important safety control a platform has, because it works without needing anybody to agree with you. Good implementations are silent — telling somebody they have been blocked invites escalation — and complete, hiding reactions and presence as well as messages.
The common gap is allowing a blocked person to reach you through a group.
