Naven is not a safeguarding system and does not report to an organisation. A tutor working through an agency should follow the agency's policy, which this does not replace.

Private tutors, music teachers and coaches working with young people.
The problem
You need to reach the student about a lesson, and neither a personal phone number nor an unmonitored channel is appropriate.
How Naven handles it
- No phone number exchanged in either direction.
- Messages are screened before they send, against twelve published categories.
- An under-18 account has a guardian relationship, and the guardian is told nothing about the content.
